It was at the morning of December 29 of 2011 which was held the last adventure of the year. A Pico mountain climb, with 2351 m of altitude, accompanied throughout the journey by rain, wind and cold. It was an exhausting adventure, but no less interesting.

Furna Ruim
The Furna Ruim (Bad Cave) is a volcanic cave situated in Capelo parish, Faial Island.
These are subvertical caves with a development that result from emptying from the top of the vulcanic chimney often because the magma found a new outlet at a lower level. (www.geocrusoe.blogspot.com)

On September 9, 2011 I and some colleagues from the Rescue Team of Faial Fire Depertment organized an "expedition" to Furna Ruim , but unlike our first run (in 2006), this time we decided to devote more time to record images of the interior of this place.
Therefore, the All Fun No Fear is proud to be the first to publish pictures of the inside of this very mysterious cave with a depth of -55 meters.
Then a short video that summarizes the highlights of this activity. Special thanks to all participants.
